We sell sunglasses that come with a case and cleaning cloth.
We do not provide repair or component selling services. Please contact a nearby glasses retailer for assistance. However, you may contact us if you find the item is faulty or has quality issues within 14 days .

Outdoor Products Eyewear is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to all of our customers. If you are unhappy with your glasses for whatever reason, you have the right to return the unused product within 14 days.
We do not provide an exchange service. Please cancel the order and place a new one. Products must be returned within 14 days of being received by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any postage or additional costs incurred in returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.
Only items that have been purchased directly on www.odpeyewear.com can be returned to us.
The refund will be made after your refund order is issued by our side. The refund period may vary depending on the credit card company. For credit cards, it may take 7 to 14 business days, but this can vary based on the credit card company's refund policy.
